Tax Rebate Services terms and conditions of website use

Agreement

This Agreement is between www.taxrebateservices.co.uk Limited trading as Tax Rebate Services, a company registered in England and Wales. Company registration number is 05079178 our registered office is 12 Randall Street, Carlisle, England, CA2 5DW; and you the enquirer, as to whether we will be able to provide you with a service. We will hold your data from point of enquiry irrespective if you are going to engage our services or not. If we do not enter into a business relationship, we shall delete your details in full.

However, should you engage our services, we will need more information about you to perform the service we offer. Your details shall be held in an electronic cloud-based web server and data storage service that addresses the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations (EU2016/679) as enacted, amended, extended or re-enacted from time to time (“the Services”). By ticking the box “I AGREE” in the GDPR form we will provide you, you are indicating your positive acceptance of these terms, conditions and your agreement to be bound by this document, including any future revisions of The GDPR or the law thereof .

Terms

This Agreement will commence on receipt of your signed and completed forms in the post/online from you and shall (unless terminated earlier in agreement with these terms and conditions) continue until you tell us you no longer require our services. In that event, we shall hold the information we have either traced or that you have given for a period of no more than six years, six months(6 ½).

Service

We cannot and do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to enhance or modify features of our Services but will not materially reduce the core functionality or discontinue any Services unless we provide you with prior written notice. In any event, our website will not be liable for any monetary damages.

Notice of any revision, amendment, or modification will be posted on www.taxrebateservices.co.uk. This agreement may not be amended or modified by you except by means of a written document signed by both you and an authorised representative of www.taxrebateservices.co.uk.
