Q. How do I receive a CIS tax rebate?
A. You receive a CIS tax rebate by completing a self assessment tax return.
To reclaim any tax back a self assessment tax return has to be completed. The tax return is a legal requirement and has to be completed.
To complete the return all self employed, PAYE and additional income has to be declared on the tax return. When HMRC have processed the tax return any tax rebate that you are entitled too will be issued.
