Q. What forms do I need for getting tax back in the UK?

A. To help claim tax back it is advisable to provide any P45 and P60 certificates received from each employer in each relevant tax year.

If you cannot provide P45 and P60 certificates you can request a statement of earnings from each employer which provides the necessary pay and tax details.

If you received any company benefits a P11D is needed. The P11D is provided by your employer and details your company benefits.
