Many thousands have omitted to claim a tax allowance in the 2002 / 2003 tax year. This is an allowance that no longer exists and is NOT the Child Tax Credit.
If you have not claimed this tax allowance you may be entitled to a tax rebate - our no rebate no fee service can potentially help further.
Important: Claims must be submitted by the 31st January 2009 deadline.
You are eligible to claim if you:
- Had a child born between 6th April
1986 to 5th April 2003.
- The child lived with you for part of either the 2002 and 2003 years.
- You worked and paid tax in part or all of the period from April 2001 to
March 2003.
Notes:
- Your marital status does not affect a claim. You may be eligible if you were married, living with partner or single claimant.
- If your tax code was in the six or seven hundreds in the 2002 and 2003 tax years the allowance has been claimed
- You or your partner had to earn over £6000 in either the 2002 or 2003 tax years.
- The allowance does not affect any current child tax credit or WFTC claim.
